Performance email & paid media

Email that pays for itself.

LeadHub Media builds and runs performance email programs for brands that need volume without burning their list. Campaign strategy, creative, deployment and paid amplification — measured on revenue, not opens.

Services

Four things we do, properly.

We take the whole email channel — planning, creative, sending infrastructure and the paid layer that scales what works. No handoffs between four vendors.

Campaign Strategy & Calendar

An annual sending calendar, cadence set per segment, offers mapped to where subscribers actually are, and subject-line testing that runs continuously rather than once.

Creative & Copy

Copy written for the offer, responsive templates that hold up in Outlook, structured A/B tests on creative, and pre-header text treated as real estate instead of an afterthought.

Deployment & Deliverability

Sending, domain warm-up, list hygiene and suppression management, SPF/DKIM/DMARC configured correctly, and reputation monitored so a bad week never becomes a blocked domain.

Paid Amplification

List retargeting, lookalike audiences built from your best cohorts, and paid budget pushed behind the campaigns that already proved themselves in email.

Process

How an engagement actually runs.

No six-week discovery phase. We audit what you have, fix the infrastructure, get campaigns out, and then scale the ones that earn it.

  1. 01

    Audit & baseline

We pull twelve months of sending history, check authentication and reputation, segment the list by real engagement, and agree the revenue baseline we will be measured against.

    Week 1
  2. 02

    Build & warm

Sending domains configured and warmed, suppression rules in place, templates built and tested across clients, and the first campaign calendar signed off.

    Weeks 2–3
  3. 03

    Launch & test

Campaigns go out on cadence. Subject lines, offers and send times run as structured tests rather than guesses, and we report what moved revenue each week.

    Weeks 4–6
  4. 04

    Scale & report

Winners get more volume and a paid layer behind them. You get a monthly revenue report per campaign and per segment, and a standing call to decide what comes next.

Why LeadHub

Three things we do differently.

Revenue is the only metric that counts

Open rates moved when Apple changed its privacy defaults, not because anyone got better at marketing. We report revenue per campaign and per segment, and we agree the baseline before we start so the number means something.

We protect the asset

A list can be emptied in a quarter for a good-looking number. We hold frequency where the data says it belongs, keep hygiene and suppression tight, and treat the channel as something that has to still work next year.

One team, not a ticket queue

A strategist, a copywriter and a deployment lead are assigned to your account and stay on it. You talk to the people doing the work, not to an account manager relaying it.

Results

What the work looks like in numbers.

Three recent engagements. Clients are unnamed because our contracts say so — the figures, baselines and timeframes are what we would walk you through on a call.

Home goods DTC · $12M/yr

+41%

Email revenue, six months

Sending to the whole list twice a week had pushed complaint rates near the threshold. We cut volume, rebuilt segments on 90-day engagement, and moved promotional pressure into a win-back track. Revenue rose while total sends fell by a third.

Six-month engagement · 2024

B2B SaaS · Series B

3.8x

Return on campaign spend

Trial signups were not converting and nothing followed the first welcome email. We built a five-step onboarding sequence keyed to in-product behaviour, then put paid retargeting behind the segment that opened but did not activate.

Nine-month engagement · 2024–2025

Personal finance publisher

+52%

Revenue per subscriber

A 400k list monetised with one daily newsletter placement. We split the list by reading behaviour, matched offers to each cohort, and warmed a second sending domain so the publisher could raise frequency without touching deliverability.

Twelve-month engagement · 2025

Figures are measured against a pre-engagement baseline agreed with each client at the audit stage. Results vary by list quality, offer and market — past performance on one account is not a forecast for another.

FAQ

The questions we get asked first.

What is your minimum engagement?

Retainers start at $4,000 per month on a three-month initial term. Below that there is not enough room to do the audit and infrastructure work properly, and you would be paying us to rush the part that determines everything after it.

How long until we see first results?

First campaigns go out in week four. Meaningful revenue comparison needs six to eight weeks, because anything earlier is one campaign against a seasonal baseline rather than a trend. If deliverability needs repair first, add two to three weeks before volume can rise.

Which platforms do you work in?

Most of our work runs in Klaviyo, Braze, Customer.io and HubSpot, plus raw SMTP providers such as SendGrid and Postmark for high-volume sending. We work in your stack rather than migrating you into ours — and if a migration genuinely is the right call, we will say so and scope it separately.

Who owns the list and the data?

You do, without qualification. Everything sits in accounts you own, we work inside them under our own named logins, and if we part ways you change our access and nothing of yours leaves with us. Templates, flows and documentation we build for you are yours to keep.

What does the contract and notice period look like?

Three months to start, then rolling month to month with 30 days' notice on either side. There is no long lock-in, because an agency that needs one is usually solving for its own churn rather than your results.

How do you report on performance?

A monthly report showing revenue per campaign and per segment against the agreed baseline, what we tested, what won, and what changes next month. Plus a standing call at whatever cadence suits you. Deliverability and list-health metrics are in every report, not just when something breaks.
